Introducing Our Federation
The Igunya Neighborhood Watch Groups Federation is a forum that brings together 15 Neighborhood Watch groups from Gugulethu and Nyanga in the Western Cape of South Africa. Neighborhood Watch groups consist of dedicated community members that volunteer their time to tirelessly improve the safety and well being of their respective areas.
Our Goals
The Federation aspires to create a working relationship among various Neighborhood Watch groups in order to further promote public safety. Through organization and communication, the federation coordinates the needs of the groups, creating a unified voice to advocate for community needs to the government.
