The Chairperson oversees and directs the Neighborhood Watch groups while representing the federation in communications with government and law enforcement agencies.   

The Secretary maintains the records and membership information of the Neighborhood Watch groups involved in the federation.

The Treasurer determines the financial needs of the various Neighborhood Watch groups. They communicate with the groups to provide them with information regarding funding for advocacy days (i.e. when groups members travel to government offices to advocate for improved public safety). They keep track of which groups have received donations such as bicycles. 

The Organizer coordinates informal group meetings among volunteers of the various Neighborhood Watch groups. As the federation continues to grow, they work to create opportunities and events.
